This research aims to determine the feasibility of the animal Kloning biotechnology e-module for fifth semester biology students at FKIP Pasir Pengaraian University. This research was carried out from September to October 2023. The type of research used was Brog and Gall model research and development. The sample in this research were students in the fifth semester of the Biology Education Study Program class of 2020. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire and the data was analyzed descriptively. The research results showed that the animal Kloning biotechnology e-module for fifth semester biology students was overall declared "very feasible" with an average percentage of 80.85%. Based on the validation of language experts with an average percentage of 76% in the "very feasible" category, validation of media experts with an average of 93% is in the "very feasible" category, validation of material experts with an average of 66% is in the "decent" category. ”, and validation by technology experts with an average gain of 85% including the “very feasible” category, individual trials with an average percentage gain of 80% including the “very feasible” category, small group trials with an average percentage gain of 85% including the category "very feasible", and field trials with an average percentage of 81% are included in the "very feasible" category. So the results of this research show that the animal Kloning biotechnology e-module is very suitable for use by educators and students in the learning process
